HYBRID-Mental Health Therapist Opportunity (Part-Time or Full-Time) – Healing Hearts VA

Healing Hearts VA is a group practice specializing in relationships, anxiety, and attachment-related concerns. We are seeking a warm, relational, and skilled therapist to provide in-person sessions at our office location in Sterling, VA

Who We Work With:

  • Our general clientele are adults (ages 25–40) navigating:

  • Dating and relationship struggles

  • Anxious attachment and emotional dependency

  • Breakups and relationship transitions

  • Anxiety, overthinking, and people-pleasing

  • Communication and conflict in relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • We are seeking a therapist who:

  • Has experience working with relationship concerns and/or couples

  • Feels confident helping clients navigate dating, attachment, and emotional patterns

  • Takes a warm, collaborative, and practical approach (not overly clinical or rigid)

  • Willing to see 8-10 clients clients weekly (option to increase caseload, if desired)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person therapy sessions (individuals and/or couples)

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation

  • Support clients in building healthier relationship patterns and emotional awareness

Qualifications:

  • Licensed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT highly preferred)

  • Experience with relationship issues required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience with couples therapy

  • Training in EFT, Gottman, or attachment-based approaches preferred

  • Faith based interest highly preferred

  • Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus

Compensation:

This is a 1099 contracted position with a percentage-based split. Compensation is approximately 60% for licensed clinicians, depending on insurance reimbursement rates and experience. Residents are compensated at 55%. (Range: $62-$70 per session)
