Mrs. Erica Chavez Fletcher
Erica has clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from childhood through older adulthood, and currently works primarily with adults.
Erica’s ideal clients are individuals experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, major life transitions, or a sense of feeling stuck or uncertain about their direction. She is especially drawn to working with clients who tend to overthink, struggle with self-trust, or feel overwhelmed during periods of change.
Erica recognizes how anxiety, perfectionism, and internal pressure can impact decision-making, emotional regulation, and overall quality of life. She aims to help clients better understand their inner experiences while developing practical tools that support clarity, flexibility, and forward movement. She welcomes clients who are seeking a thoughtful, values-based approach to therapy and who are open to exploring what meaningful change looks like for them.
During sessions, Erica strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to show up as they are. She gently challenges unhelpful thought patterns while helping clients build skills that promote confidence and resilience. Her counseling style integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and has been described as collaborative, grounded, and practical.
