MS. BRITNEY WAGONER, MS
Britney works with individuals and couples who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck repeating the same patterns in their lives and relationships. Her approach is grounded, relational, and focused on slowing things down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
She also works with individuals seeking support around stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. Many clients come to therapy feeling unsure of how to process what they’re carrying or how to move forward without feeling stuck. Britney helps clients better understand their emotions, build healthier boundaries, and develop a stronger sense of self.
Britney works with couples who feel caught in cycles of conflict, distance, or miscommunication. Rather than focusing on blame, she helps partners understand their patterns, communicate more clearly, and rebuild emotional closeness in a way that feels realistic and respectful.
She has experience working with service members, veterans, and military families and understands the unique stressors that can come with deployments, reintegration, frequent moves, and shifting family roles.
Whether you’re seeking individual therapy for personal growth and support or couples therapy to strengthen your relationship, Britney offers a supportive space where you don’t have to navigate it alone.
