Alexandra Lutz is a Resident in Counseling who is passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. She is dedicated to helping clients build self-awareness, resilience, and healthy coping strategies that support emotional wellness, healthier relationships, and lasting personal growth.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Psychology from Keiser University and her Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University. Alexandra also completed an internship at Rock Recovery, where she worked with individuals struggling with eating disorders and body dysmorphia, helping clients move toward healing and a healthier relationship with themselves.

Alexandra provides compassionate, client-centered counseling tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. She works collaboratively with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, and overwhelming emotions. Her approach focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, improve communication, develop healthier patterns, and feel more confident in navigating everyday life.

Alexandra is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey. She is passionate about meeting clients where they are and helping them move toward greater balance, confidence, and emotional well-being.
